We're Tyler and Cheryl. Lifelong natives of South Lake Tahoe and proud owners of the beloved Sprouts Natural Cafe in South Lake. Over the years, we've heard your gentle nudges and kind requests. Finally, we're thrilled to answer the call by bringing Tahoe Natural Cafe to the heart of South Reno.

Our menu offers the same fresh pressed juices, delicious smoothies, and mouth-watering sandwiches that you’ll find at our flagship location and as always we offer organic, locally-sourced, and vegetarian options - whatever your heart desires! 

It's truly a family affair here, with our three kids often joining in and bringing their energy to the mix. Our mission? To offer great food that makes you feel good, in a place where every guest feels like part of our extended family.
